to be more specific i am pre- computers or pre popular computering i should say , they had been invented, but i grew up in the 70’s/ 80’s so the idea of us all having a one two or more computers sat at home hadnt really took hold yet, and so today i still find myself staring at the computer screen panicking thinking what the heck happened and will it explode? previous to writing this post i was looking at my many emails, i have so many because i have terrible bouts of virtual anti socialism, where i just go off one into the real world and can’t be bothered communicating with the virtual world and thus my emails pile up, to about 6000 this time, i was only gone a week!!! i do think you make more of a point if you use more exclamation marks 🙂
so many exclamation marks and many emails later i have reduced the amount in my inbox to around 50 , doing well i think to myself, eating weetabix as i go through the last 20 or so emails, suddenly they all disappear before my eyes, wasnt me i was eating weetabix mam! honest! nope it really wasnt me; i had spoon in one hand, bowl in the other, yet right in front of my eyes my emails is deleting one by one! then about ten went! and then i was left with zero , yup no absolutely no emails in my inbox, i hadn’t even had chance to open see them or respond they all just vanished like an old oak table, that last sentence wont make much sense to you if you have never watched black adder , seriously go watch it its one of the best comedys ever!
ok i panicked where did they all go? i check , very tentatively, my trash box and no they didnt go there, i checked spam just in case, nothing , so i has a mystery, i am super scared it may be a virus and i have to do the boring thing of backing up my folders and taking my little computer to be wiped or i could just run a scan first, no need to over react, so i guess i best go and sew for a bit whilst i scan my computer, i leave you with the marie celeste of emails, also if anyone emailed me sorry but i didnt get to see it 🙂 have a superfab day everyone
