technically this is last day of term but in reality my kids went on summer holidays about tuesday 🙂 woot and yeehar for official start to summer holidays !
also i belong to a recycling group that runs by email and we email each other about anything we got but dont want and its all given free, it helps us all in these hard times and of course it helps with stuff getting piled up we no longer use , i really have got to put my aquarium on later today dont let me forget!, anyways back to today from the recycle thingy i am getting a new quilt cover with pillowcases and a new leather armchair! well new to me anyway, and i am a tad excited because we been sitting on a airbed for the last three or four months! its not a good look that, a front room with an airbed 🙂 i also applied for a toilet and washbasin which were brand new and would be of immense amount of help to me because of the old ms striking i cannot get up stairs quick my crutches wont allow it 🙂 plus knees go on strike if i go too fast 🙂 they do a proper sit in, refuse to work thing, and thats me in a heap on the floor 🙂 so hubby and i planned to put in a toilet downstairs in our tiny understairs cupboard, i didnt mention any of this when i applied because i dont like being judged on my circumstance so fingers crossed everyone, lets hope i get them 🙂 
so two of the children are up and refusing normal breakfast because they are eating the fruits of their labours from yesterday 🙂 yup our little kitchen overflows with cupcakes i just cant face another one 🙂 i am letting the other two have a nice sleep in because it doesnt happen often there is always a reason for them to be up so its nice to let them have a little extra sleep when i can, i been up since the sun rose and i am still here blogging oh my 🙂 have an excellent day people 🙂

The recycling idea is such a wonderful idea! I wouldn’t worry about what people think about your current situation. Most people just pretend they have money while there is usually very little in their bank accounts and they use credit cards to pretend to be wealthy.
I am on crutches too! Sprained my ankle really badly, torn ligaments in the foot and ankle. Glad your little ones were able to sleep in and enjoyed the cupcakes. I love reading your site and learning about what daily life is like in your country.

i don’t pretend and neither do i hide it, i think the kids especially should know that money don’t grow on trees, some times we have some times we don’t, but i don’t ever let it get heavy, i always approach life with a smile and they know if i got it then they usually get to spend it 🙂 i only stipulate the mortgage has to be paid , i cant bear the thought of the mortgage it comes first every time then i can rest 🙂 til the next month rolls around 🙂 the recycling is the best it serves so many purposes, i am so pleased with the items i was lucky enough to get today 🙂 thank you for your kind comments i have loved meeting you, thank you for being my friend 🙂 have a super evening/day 🙂 xx

Thank you, I hope your injury heals too. It is really hard because we have steps at my house, so I really have nothing to do but read blogs all day.
