it’s a link for the attention of my brother trentle

ok first the link

ok for trentle and anyone else who may be interested the above link will hopefully take you to the first ever short story I wrote, yup sorry folks but i am as a new a writer as their ever was and if the post I read by trentle the other day is anything to go by then apparently i am a story teller not a writer or something like that ^_^ not sure but I think it’s got something to do with abba ^_^ anyways it all goes like this one day back in my youthbloging days well I was still new to blogging and chatting I had met a few friends some have left some have stayed but my two adopted soul sisters have my undying dedication mims and rhinda, you I wanted to post I loved my new friends but I was green, wet behind the ears, I had basically no idea of what to write about so instead I wrote a short story the link takes you to that story, now at the time I just rattled it off, I was new you see I hadn’t come across the idea of spell check or editing or proofreading, heck I just wrote it and clicked post, no rewrites, no editing, no proofreading, nothing started typing at one end clicked publish at the other, oh how green I was ^_^ now luckily the universe saw fit to surround me with wonderful friends mims and rhinda my darling sisters they were so sweet and lovely and basically I went from seeing it as just another piece of waffling on that I do to the idea of actually being able to write something others may want to read and that was quite wonderful, since then I think I have published ermm 8 books I think, only two are ebooks the rest are all only print,  I don’t know I lost count I do know that the one I am writing now has somehow gone from a novel to a trilogy! but heck that’s me ^_^

just as a tiny point of interest I met one of my half brothers in town yesterday – for those of you who have read my stuff about me you know already that my family background is complicated to say the least but for those of you who haven’t read those areas of my blog yet well how can I put this ermm my family background is complicated ^_^ so met one of my apparent siblings and he tells me that after much research he has found that both him and I are somehow related to George Bernard Shaw now how cool is that? course I must point out here that we only have my brothers word for this and until I see some proof then I am not entirely sure if I believe it or not so I guess I have to say there is a possibility I am related to George Bernard Shaw wooty wahoo ^_^ mind I do not want anyone judging my writing on such  a premise in fact it is probably best not to tell anyone so sssshhhhh!

unfortunately still poorly so may not be one for a day or so but take care and be well everyone

love to all

  1. Rest, rest and rest some more kizzy – as much as you can…We’ll all be here when you get back..xo

    1. thank you my wonderful mims seems I have suffered with two attacks one after another lately I am off to rest for a while now but thank you and always good to hear your voice, love you always hugs x

  2. 8 books are something to be really proud of, 99.99% would be happy to be able to write one let alone 8 with another “Trilogy” on it’s way. I say good for you – that’s tenacity and someone who enjoys writing.

Well now, George Bernard Shaw, if true that would be very cool!

Hope you feel better and can rest up.

    1. hiya mary my friend how lovely to hear from you, and thank you for your kind words i must confess i simply do not think of myself as an author yet i do enjoy writing and i feel very lucky that others like to read my scribbles, as to mr shaw well i guess it would explain the writing but i find it hard to grasp the idea of being related to someone as fabulous as mr shaw if my brother comes up with any actual evidence then i shall et excited but until then i shall remain hopeful ^_^ thank you for chatting hope you have a lovely evening be well x

  3. yes, dear georgette bernadine shaw (how’s that? cool beans) rest rest and more rest as mims says. and I hope you don’t mind, but our sweet friend trentle, as you’ve dubbed him, posted his scary story (for you) and I kind of stuck my nose in about how you feel about writing…no matter how brilliant…that involves kids getting hurt. don’t mean to overstep, but thought he needed to know. sending you giant hugs and wishes on wings that you feel better soon. love you xoxo

    1. hiya my fabulous rhinda and if you read my message to him i did praise you my darling i love how much you get me as i said to dear trentle -oh my i shall always see him as trentle-win ^_^- but as i said to trentle you know me better than my hubby and he has been with me 26 years! i love that you know me so well and i love that you picked up something that is indeed a huge part of me, i did my best to write a true and good account of his story as i did appreciate his story but as you correctly pointed out my gorgeous friend i did have a certain blindness overtake me,
oh crikey my lovely rhinda you would have laughed at me last night my lovely had you been here;- being a little under the weather lately i looked for a horror film to watch and found one called 13 sins i think it was, so i settled in chocolate at the ready and the first bloody scene was not only a distressed and hurt little boy but worse he was mentally challenged as well! well that was me crying already! I swear i got like two minutes of the damn film watched saw that scene cried and turned it off ! pfft life is such irony when the only thing i like to watch read or write is horror but i cannot stand to see any gore or children being hurt or disabled people suffer it seriously leaves me with such a tiny amount of films to watch ^_^ aaahhh sometimes i worry about my foibles other times i write about them ^_^
and trentle as always he wrote a fab story he is a good writer and i do admire the way he embraces all challenges it makes him a better person – and writer- than myself as i simply won’t embrace nor even entertain any challenges ^_^
i honestly do count you all as a family and i know i am lucky to have found such people to be my friends so i shall love you and leave you and try to find a non gory non child suffering non disabled suffering film that is still scary ^_^ have a lovely evening my wonderful rhinda xx

      1. sweet kizzy, you’ve got me chuckling in my coffee this morning. i’m glad you don’t mind my ‘filling’ trent in, and I did go back and read what you wrote to him…very well said. I think I shall make it my mission to find some horror flicks (sans kids or disabled) that you’d enjoy. that is also my favorite genre, so let’s see what we can come up with. I hope every day is seeing you feeling better…think of you all the time. xoxo always. r
