reblogging just because i like the idea though i can never do this i would like to for those that can go for it ^_^


When you wake up today, breathe. I know it’s a given. I mean, savor each breath as if you have not enjoyed its importance for a long time.

Get out of bed (or wherever you left your body dozing). Check if your saliva oozed out from your mouth. That’s a sign you had a long sleep.

Walk around. If you are at home, never mind if you’re naked especially if you are alone or with your partner. If you have children, better wear some clothes. They do not need a scare early in the morning.

Do some stretching. You do not need to workout like you are in the gym. You do so at your own pace.

Drink water. You should know that you are 70 percent liquid. What’s a glass more to add to the circulation?

When you are finally awake, go back to bed.

  1. Even WITH the opportunity, it’s not easy to do! Though, I do remember those days of lounging in bed on Sunday afternoons…mmmm. No more though, now it’s get it up, roll it out, get it empty, fast! 😉

    1. hiya gorgeous girl excellent to hear from you and i know what you mean if i dont get out of mine fast enough it fills up wtih children and dogs and before i know the room is full of demands whines and sunday runs away with me i actually try to get up early on a sunday just o find a small sace for me in which to write ^_^ i usually head for around 6 30 ish though i did no sleep at all last night so today has been yukky i am nobodies friend when i dont have sleep ^_^ still praying i get to go to leeds on wednesday so i dont care as long as i have sleep the night before that ^_^ hope life is treating you well my gorgeous friend love and hugs always xx

      1. try melatonin…if you haven’t already. it’s all natural and helps you fall asleep. doesn’t promise it’ll keep you sleeping, that’s a whole ‘nother thing…but it absolutely helps you get there. bless you my friend, giant wishes Leeds Wednesday happens. xoxo

    1. you’re welcome lovely hope you are having a lovely day and just tell the cat no looking ^_^ must admit i would never dare even if i was completely alone i just wouldn’t feel comfortable i was born to a middle class victorian father figure so i was brought up to never even wear short skirts never mind showing what i got ahh well just do what makes you comfortable and for me that is swooning over my latest guitar man crush ^_^ damn england and it silly laws i really should be allowed to marry all the guitarists i want ^_^ have a great day my lovely hugs and love xx
